JOINING US
PRICING
£45 per child per session with half termly enrolment required. Choose just one day per week or multiple days – please note that we do not intend to provide the bulk of your child’s education. We will talk to you upon enrolment about attendance options.
INTEREST
If you are interested in a place, please complete our waiting list form with as much information as possible. Please be aware that the waiting list does not run chronologically and tasters are offered according to a variety of factors such as gender, age and need. Once a space is available, we invite children in for a taster session. At this stage, we would work with parents about how best to manage that. WAIT LIST FORM
TASTERS AND TRIAL SESSIONS
If a space is available, we will offer a paid taster session for your child to come and spend some time with us. How long they spend is entirely up to them – an hour, a morning or the whole day! We then offer a 3 week paid trial. We know some children (and parents) can be nervous about starting something new so if you or your child feels they need you to stay for some or all of the day we are more than happy to facilitate this.
ENROLMENT
After the 3 week trial, with feedback from us to you and you to us, we then offer a permanent space at Imaginarium and send you an information pack.
Please note, half termly enrolment is required (usually 6 weeks). If you wish to withdraw your child during the current half term, you will be charged for the entire half term. We require notice by week 3 of the half term before you wish to withdraw your child. This will give us between 4 and 5 weeks notice to fill your child's space. If you fail to do this, we may charge you for all or some of the next half term, even if your child is not attending.
ADDITIONAL NEEDS
We aim to be an inclusive space and welcome children of varying needs. Please talk to us if you think there is anything we need to know. We will be honest with you about whether we think we can cater for your child’s needs within the wider group. Please inform us of any medical needs your child has during the enrolment process.

POLICIES
TRIPS
We are out and about in our local area as often as possible. We won't normally seek parental permission for this, but if you would like to speak to us regarding local outings, then please do. For any other trips or outings we will send detailed information.
ADVENTUROUS PLAY
We believe in allowing the children to climb trees, jump off things and test their limits. Despite our best efforts, we know that we will not have eyes on all of the children all of the time but we will of course inform you of any injuries or incidents.
